Terms of Service
Last updated September 24, 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern every engagement delivered under the HelpWithEmails brand and all use of helpwithemails.com (the "Site"). HelpWithEmails is a brand of Yeevu LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("HelpWithEmails"). HelpWithEmails is not a separate legal entity: Yeevu LLC is the service provider, the contracting party, the party paid, the party responsible for client data and the party liable under these Terms. By engaging HelpWithEmails or using the Site, the client agrees to these Terms.
1. Engagements and Scope
Each engagement is defined by a written scope: a quote, a proposal or an email both parties have confirmed. HelpWithEmails delivers what the scope describes. Work outside the scope is agreed separately before it begins, so there are no unpriced extras and no unrequested changes to the client's systems.
Where a scope is a diagnosis or audit, the deliverable is the findings and recommendations. Implementing those recommendations is a separate engagement unless the scope says otherwise.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- confirm that it has the authority to grant access to the accounts, domains and systems involved;
- provide accurate information about its systems and say what else could be affected by the work;
- enable multi-factor authentication on any account it grants access to, or allow it to be enabled;
- maintain its own backups of anything outside the scope of the work (see section 7);
- respond to requests for information, approvals and access within a reasonable time so the work can proceed;
- revoke access at the close of the engagement using the checklist provided (see section 3).
3. Access and Credentials
Access is temporary and least-privilege wherever the platform allows it. Where supported, the client creates a named user or delegated access rather than sharing its primary login. Where a platform offers no delegated access, the client provides temporary login details for the engagement and changes the password once the work is complete. Only the roles the work requires are requested, and the client is told before anything broader is asked for.
Credentials are stored only in an encrypted password manager and are never kept in chat threads, email, documents or screenshots. Anything sent over an insecure channel should be rotated. Credentials are not retained after an engagement ends.
Access is limited to the engagement. At close, a written revocation checklist covers removing access on each platform, revoking any keys, tokens or app passwords, rotating any directly shared credential and confirming that MFA remains in place. The full checklist is published on the Trust & Security page.
4. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information, including business information, system configurations, credentials, customer data and the terms of any engagement, confidential; use it only for the purpose of the engagement; and disclose it only to people who need it for that purpose and are bound by equivalent obligations. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the recipient, already lawfully known to the recipient, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law, in which case the other party is notified where lawful.
These obligations continue for three years after the engagement ends, and indefinitely for credentials and personal data.
5. Data Protection
Yeevu LLC is the data controller for information the client provides about itself and its business. Where the work requires handling data inside the client's systems, such as mailboxes, contact lists, marketing platforms and DNS zones, HelpWithEmails acts on the client's documented instructions, only to the extent the work requires, and does not use that data for any other purpose.
A limited set of service providers is used in delivering the work, in these categories: hosting and cloud infrastructure, domain registrars and DNS providers, email infrastructure and deliverability tooling, and business tools such as password management and ticketing.
Working data from an engagement, such as exports, screenshots, reports and test output, is kept for no more than 90 days after close and then deleted, unless the client asks in writing for it to be kept or the law requires longer retention. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail, including the client's rights.
6. Security Obligations
In every engagement HelpWithEmails will: apply least-privilege access; require multi-factor authentication on accounts granted; hold credentials only in an encrypted password manager; capture the prior state before any change; keep client work separate per engagement; protect its own systems with multi-factor authentication and disk encryption; and notify the client of security incidents as set out in section 8. The Trust & Security page describes these commitments in operational terms and forms part of these Terms.
7. Change Safety, Backups and Restore
Before any DNS, email or platform change, the existing state is captured, such as a record export or a configuration snapshot, sufficient to revert that change precisely. If a change HelpWithEmails made causes a problem, what was changed is restored at no charge (see section 10).
The client's own backups remain responsible for everything outside the scope of the work, including data created or changed by the client or by third parties during or after the engagement. Where an engagement is expressly to set up or manage backups, that scope defines what HelpWithEmails is responsible for.
8. Incident and Breach Notification
If HelpWithEmails causes or becomes aware of a security incident affecting the client's systems or data, including any unauthorized access to credentials or data held for the client, the client is notified within 24 hours of HelpWithEmails becoming aware, told what is known, what has been done and what is recommended, and given cooperation in responding, including any notifications the client is required to make.
9. Service Commitments
Messages about an active engagement are acknowledged within one business day. Delivery timelines are stated in each scope; where a timeline depends on the client's response, access or a third-party provider, it is extended by the corresponding delay.
HelpWithEmails does not operate the client's hosting, DNS, email or marketing platforms and gives no uptime or availability guarantee for them. Where a scope includes ongoing monitoring, the response commitments for that arrangement are stated in its scope.
10. Responsibility for Mistakes in the Work
If there is an error in the work, it is put right. The client reports it within 30 days of delivery, and the affected work is re-performed, or what was changed is restored to its prior state, at no charge, as the first remedy. If the error stopped the client's email from working, correcting it takes priority over all other work.
Where the problem cannot be corrected by re-performance or restoration, liability is governed by section 15.
11. Fees and Payment
Fees are stated in each written quote and are payable to Yeevu LLC. Unless the quote says otherwise, fees for completed work are non-refundable, and work not yet begun may be canceled with a refund of the unused portion. Prices for future engagements may change; the price agreed for an engagement does not change once confirmed.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Providers
The work runs on platforms HelpWithEmails does not control: registrars, DNS and hosting providers, email and security platforms, and marketing platforms. HelpWithEmails is not responsible for their availability, changes to their behavior, or their handling of data under their own terms. Where a scope includes procuring a third-party product, it is procured on the client's instruction, and that provider's terms are passed on where relevant.
13. Intellectual Property
On payment in full, the client owns the deliverables created specifically for it, such as configurations, content and reports, and receives a perpetual license to any pre-existing tools or templates incorporated in them. Yeevu LLC retains ownership of its methods, know-how and pre-existing materials. Site content is owned by Yeevu LLC or its licensors.
14. Warranties
The work will be performed with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with these Terms. No specific outcome is warranted unless the quote expressly states one. Where a quote promises inbox placement, it names the mailbox providers the placement test covers; if mail lands outside the inbox in that test after the work, the work continues at no charge until the test passes, and that is the remedy for the promise. Except as set out in these Terms, the Site and the services are provided without other warranties, express or implied.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, breach of section 4 (Confidentiality) or anything that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the fees paid or payable for that engagement. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, except where such loss results from a breach of section 4 or from a failure to restore a change as required by section 7.
16. Indemnification
The client will indemnify Yeevu LLC against claims arising from content or instructions the client provides, or from the client's lack of authority to grant access to systems involved in the work. Yeevu LLC will indemnify the client against claims that deliverables it created infringe a third party's intellectual property rights.
17. Term and Termination
Either party may end an engagement on written notice. The client pays for work completed to the date of termination; work in progress is handed over along with the revocation checklist. Ongoing arrangements may be ended by either party on 30 days' notice unless the scope states otherwise. An engagement may be suspended or ended immediately if continuing would require acting unlawfully or in breach of a platform's terms. Sections 4, 5, 8, 10, 13, 15, 16 and 19 survive termination.
18. Use of the Site
The Site must be used lawfully and must not be disrupted, accessed without authorization or used to transmit harmful content. Information submitted through the Site's forms is handled under the Privacy Policy.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting proceedings, each party agrees to raise the dispute in writing and to attempt in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Subject to that, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party submits to it. Nothing in this section prevents a client from relying on mandatory consumer protections in its own country where they apply.
20. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force when an engagement is confirmed applies to that engagement. Changes take effect for new engagements when posted here, with the "Last updated" date revised.
