The quote form collects a name, phone number, business email address, an optional personal email address, company, domain, the service chosen and the description entered. Emails sent to support@helpwithemails.com are kept with the same records. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
The hosting provider records standard technical information for each request, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How the Information Is Used
Details sent through the form are used to reply, prepare a quote and deliver any work that is agreed. They are stored in Yeevu LLC's customer records system. They are not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.
How Long Information Is Kept
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where work goes ahead, for as long as records must be kept for accounting and legal purposes.
